Complaints and complaints must contain:

Customer name;
Your contact details (e-mail address, telephone number and registered office, in case you wish to reply by post/mail);
Description of the issues complained about.

Immediately after receiving the complaint, the customer is contacted by phone by one of our agents in order to provide additional information.

The maximum deadline for resolving complaints is 30 working days from the date of receipt of the complaint.
