-Terms and conditions regarding product returns-

In accordance with the provisions of O.U.G. 34/2014, the consumer can return products that are subject to online sales, within 14 calendar days, without justifying the decision taken.

In the case of legal entities, they are not consumers and we reserve the right to accept or not the return of products.

The return period expires 14 days after the date of receipt of the goods.

In order to exercise your right to return the products, you must inform us of your decision, using an unequivocal statement (for example: a letter by post, fax or e-mail) or by filling in the form on the website, the use of which is not compulsory.

In order to respect the return deadline, it is sufficient to send us the communication concerning the exercise of the right of return before the expiry of the return period.

! The returned product must be in the same condition in which it was delivered, with the packaging intact, without scratches or traces of assembly.

! We do not accept returns on products that were not in stock and were part of a special order, unless they have a manufacturing defect.

! If the returned products are damaged or incomplete, show signs of wear and tear, scratches, bumps, electric shocks, missing accessories, we reserve the right to deduct an amount from the value of the product, which will be communicated after assessing the damage caused or to refuse to accept them.

The return of goods is made to the following address: Ilfov County, Dragomiresti-Vale, Ciresului Street, nr 6, to PIESE BULDO SRL, within maximum 14 days from the date of notification of the return decision.

The cost of returning goods is borne by the consumer and varies depending on the weight of the product. 

The consumer can choose the method of return (post/courier), as well as the company through which the products are returned.

-Consequences of return

In the case of returned products, we will refund any amount we have received from you, no later than 14 days from the date we are informed of the return decision, but not before we receive the returned products. We will make this refund, using the same method of payment as that used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed to another method of refund.

  Definition of consumer - includes natural persons acting outside their trade, business, trade or profession.

However, in the case of dual-purpose contracts, where the contract is concluded for purposes partly circumscribed to the commercial activity and partly outside it, and if the commercial purpose is so limited that it does not predominate in the overall context of the contract, the person concerned must also be considered a consumer.
